Refund and Returns Policy

K G S Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms for returning products and receiving refunds when you shop with us at kgstechnologies.lk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Certain products, such as personalized items, clearance sales, and consumables, may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Reasons for Return

You may request a return or exchange for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an item that does not match your order.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for “change of mind” are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
  4. Ship the product to the following address:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approval Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Deductions: If applicable, restocking fees or shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is requested and approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products without original packaging or accessories

7. Cancellations

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or issue.
